BibTeX field: publisher

How to use the publisher field in BibTeX?

The publisher field is used to store the name of the publisher. Publisher information is usually found on the title page of a book. It's common practice to omit business words like "Publisher", "Company", "Co.", "Inc.", "LLC" and so on. The address field can be used to store the location of the publisher.
